How It All Started

    Hey there, fellow lake lovers! I’m Blake, the founder of LakeLoversApparel. Growing up on Merry Lake in southern Michigan, I developed a deep love for everything lake life—paddleboarding at sunrise, fishing with friends, tubing on hot summer days, and ending the night with a sunset cruise on the pontoon. But one thing was missing: a way to show love for my lake.

    That’s why I started LakeLoversApparel—to create designs that capture the charm of each lake, giving people a way to represent the place they call their home. Originally, I was just going to make designs for Merry Lake but thought that with over 11,000 beautiful freshwater lakes here in Michigan alone, there has to be others with the same desire to express their love for the lake life.

    What makes us different? Unlike other brands with just a handful of generic designs, we create apparel specifically tailored to individual lakes. That means hundreds of unique designs, each one crafted with care to reflect the memories and happiness our beautiful lakes bring us.
