At Lake Lovers Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are made to order, we only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please review our policy below:
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item arrives damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, please email us at lakeloversapparel@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will receive a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund, and you may place a new order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as all products are made to order.
